Introduction:

Charlie came back into the charity threw no fault of his own. He absolutely loves the ladies and has a huge personality. You will often find him dancing around.

History/Background:

Charlies previous adopter could unfortunately no longer keep him so he came back in. Charlie is a ladies man and really dislikes males and children.

Current Condition:

Charlie is a beautiful bird and is in good health.

Training:

Ongoing training will be need with Charlie to bring his confidence out.

Diet:

Charlie has As30 seed mix and fresh fruit and veg, he’s getting better with fruit and veg but does like to chuck it about.

Enrichment:

Charlie loves time out, interaction and good cardboard box and shredding paper .

Summary:

Charlie would benefit a lady only home or somewhere he can be separate from men and children. He will be a ladies best friend dance and sing with you all day, he also loves snuggles. He is not a noisy bird, usually shouts for a few minutes when its nearly bed time. He has a huge personality for the correct lady.

Read the write up for each bird carefully to make sure you can offer the best home possible, taking into consideration all of the birds unique care requirements. 


PLEASE REMEMBER: we are all volunteers and it may take time to get back to everyone.

Click “Adopt me” to complete the application form. Please make sure you spend time to tell us how you will meet the care needs of the bird you are applying. The rehoming team use the application to short list so please take your time to capture all.

Once you application has been reviewed you will be informed if you have been shortlisted or not. 

If you have been shortlisted one of the team will be in touch by phone or email with 3 weeks.
